Frequently Asked Questions
If
you have a questions not answered here, please email
us!
How
long before I get my order?
A sample/proof of your wedding invitation will be emailed to you within
1-2 business days after you place your order. Once you approve
it, your order will be shipped
in 1-3 business days. That's Fast!
Is the ink on your wedding invitations
raised?
Traditionally, all wedding invitations were printed in flat black ink
on a fancy paper like the ones this site offers. We do not have
the capabilities to print raised ink (thermography) at this time.
How come there is a price difference
between black and colored ink?
Color ink has only become semi-affordable in
the last 15 years—printing something with just black ink, is still much
more inexpensive. Color ink allows for a more unique wedding invitation that
can better match your wedding theme, but by choosing black ink, you will get
a traditionally
classic looking invitation at a price you can afford.
I've
seen reply cards come with envelopes for people to return them in,
do your reply cards come with the envelopes?
The reply cards we offer are postcard style and do not come with
an envelope. Generally, before you send out your wedding invitations,
you pre-stamp the reply card
for your guests. It is much cheaper for you to pre-stamp postcards
versus an envelope.
I
can't find a piece of art on your site that matches my wedding theme.
Are you going to put up any more art?
If you can't find something that fits your wedding theme, just email
the art
department and our graphic designers will be happy to find something that
will work for you.
When
I looked at the sample/proof you sent me, the word "PROOF" was
in the background. Will that be on the wedding invitation?
The word "PROOF" in the background of your sample invitation
will not print on the final wedding invitations we send you.
I
can't open the sample/proof that you sent me. What am I doing wrong?
The sample/proof that we sent you is in a PDF format. You will
need to download a free program called Adobe
Acrobat Reader to open the file.
