Shipping Policy

After the customer approves the sample/proof of his or her order, shipment of the order will take place within 1-3 business days*. Most purchases will be shipped from our headquarters in Flagstaff, Arizona by UPS delivery service.

We offer the following shipment services for the continental United States:

• UPS Ground
• UPS 3 Day Select
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air Saver

The cost of each shipment is determined by the weight of the package and the distance from our headquarters. The cost for the above shipment options for your specific order will be displayed at checkout.

An email notification containing a tracking number will be sent to you when the shipment is made.

We will ship to APO and overseas addresses. Please email us if you would like a shipping quote. Note: If you live outside the continental United States, and order without getting a shipping quote first, your order will be shipped as requested, but your credit card will be charged an additional amount depending on the shipping destination.

All samples requested will be mailed via the United States Postal Service. Samples are shipped for free via this method.

Upon shipment, Simple Wedding Invites releases all liability and responsibility of the package and contents to the purchaser of the item(s).

*We try our best to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of proof approval. Occasionally, the amount of days until shipment may be longer due to volume and quality control. Orders cannot be returned or canceled because of a later shipment date.
