Shipping Policy

After the customer approves the sample/proof of his or her order, shipment of the order will take place within 1-3 business days*. Most purchases will be shipped from our headquarters in Rocklin, California USPS delivery service although we sometimes use a UPS or FedEx comparable service.

We offer the following shipment services for the continental United States:

• USPS First Class Mail
• USPS Priority Mail
• USPS Express Mail

The cost of each shipment is determined by the weight of the package and the distance from our headquarters. The cost for the above shipment options for your specific order will be displayed at checkout.

An email notification containing a tracking number will be sent to you when the shipment is made. There is no tracking for First Class Mail shipments.

It is not our standard practice to ship to countries outside United States due to high duties and taxes. We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

Upon shipment, Simple Wedding Invites releases all liability and responsibility of the package and contents to the purchaser of the item(s).

*We try our best to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of proof approval. Occasionally, the amount of days until shipment may be longer due to volume and quality control. Orders cannot be returned or canceled because of a later shipment date.
